I think it was based on or inspired by an episode of the TV series or one of the first movies. It has a mountain-like main piece featuring a mouth-like opening. There are accessories and a bag of multi-colored alien figures.

O.S.I. items include desk, chair, and computer screen. There is some wiring. I believe there is or was some type of voice/sound activated feature of this, but I don’t have to box to know. Perhaps it would still work.

Special wide angle lens lets you see everything he sees. Activate his bionic arms; first turn his head to the right, then push button in his back repeatedly. He can lift objects including the engine block included in this package. Perform Bionic Surgery. Roll back lifelike on his right arm to reveal 2 removable bionic modules.
